Long stroke traditional lathe

The machine employs FANUC, SIEMENS, or Guangzhou CNC systems, featuring programmable controllers (PCs) and CRT displays. It utilizes AC servo motors for linear and circular interpolation feed, with pulse encoder feedback. The bed rail width is 6 0 0mm, and the integrated bed rail is precision-machined from high-strength cast iron after ultrasonic quenching. The saddle rail is plastic-coated for low friction. The spindle features variable frequency stepless speed control and a three-support structure for enhanced rigidity. It offers a wide cutting range, capable of machining external circles, internal holes, end faces, grooves, conical surfaces, chamfers, conical or cylindrical threads, and curved surfaces.
