The bed rail width is 6 0 0mm, and the integrated bed rail is precision-machined from high-strength cast iron after ultrasonic quenching. The saddle rail is plastic-coated for low friction. The spindle features variable frequency stepless speed control and a three-support structure for enhanced rigidity. It offers a wide cutting range, capable of machining external circles, internal holes, end faces, grooves, conical surfaces, chamfers, conical or cylindrical threads, and curved surfaces.
