1. Product Overview

WINNRUI HT-3000 series is the heavy-duty long-stroke precision slant bed CNC lathe under BOD HT Series, specially developed for long shaft, large-diameter disc and complex multi-process composite parts. It adopts 30° low-center-of-gravity integral Meehanite cast iron bed optimized by FEA finite element analysis, with stronger overall rigidity, superior heavy cutting stability and vibration damping performance than compact HT-2000 model.

Two complete models are available: standard HT-3000L two-axis CNC lathe and HT-3000LY Y-axis turn-mill composite lathe. Equipped with 12-station BMT55 servo power turret, it realizes turning, milling, eccentric drilling, grooving, tapping and C-axis indexing in one single workpiece clamping. Matched with 8"/10" hollow hydraulic chuck, max swing diameter Φ650mm, maximum cutting length up to 730mm, optional Φ65mm large bar through-hole, X/Z rapid traverse 25m/min, stable 0.004mm machining roundness. Widely used for new energy long motor shafts, automotive long shafts, hydraulic cylinder parts, engineering machinery fittings, medical long precision parts and large batch hardware mass production.

• 2.8kW Y-axis servo motor (12Nm for FANUC system / 18Nm for GSK system), match 4.7kW BMT55 power head, max live tool speed 4500rpm, support end milling, side grooving, X-axis eccentric drilling, C-axis indexing tapping and multi-surface composite machining.
