methods.The spindle features AC servo motor for longitudinal and transverse feed with pulse encoder
feedback The bed guide rails are made of high-strength cast iron,precision-milled after ultrasonic quenching
and coated with plastic to ensure low friction coefficients The milling head motor uses a variable-frequency
drive for stepless speed adjustment,capable of processing cylindrical,conical,double-conical,and other
screw types with varying pitch and groove depths The machining roughness reaches Ra3.2,with a screw pitch
error of 0.06mm/300mm.
1.This machine employs Guangzhou CNC and FANUC systems,achieving multi-head variable-pitch and
variable-diameter processing through C,X,and Z-axis linkage
2.The system compensates for reverse clearance and bidirectional pitch errors to ensure machining accuracy
3.Programming is simple A single command can program irregularly shaped screws.
4.Graphic display During processing.the 3D display shows diameter and pitch changes.Before actual milling
pressing  the  "Machine  Lock"button  allows  visual  inspection  of  the  machining  program  without  tool
movement.
